Sarah is the heart behind the shop, fueled by big dreams and an unwavering passion for cycling. As a dedicated advocate for women in cycling, she leads weekly women-specific rides as the founder of Norfolk Cycle Sisters, creating a welcoming space for riders of all levels. By day, she’s teaching from her converted school bus classroom, and by night and on weekends, she’s tending to the countless details that make the shop shine. With vision, dedication, and a whole lot of heart, she’s propelling Norfolk ReCycle Factory toward its brightest future.

Partner:

Jeremy is the lifeblood—or perhaps the grease—of the shop, keeping everything running smoothly and seamlessly. Without him, there’d be a whole lot more friction, and nothing would work quite the way it should. Full of energy, laughter, and an unwavering optimism, he’s the spark that keeps our team moving forward. As our partner in making this community a better place for biking, Jeremy ensures that Norfolk ReCycle Factory stays strong, thriving, and ready to roll. Without him, we’d rust and rot—but with him, we ride.

Karl is the rock of our workshop—a skilled and trusted mechanic who has been with us the longest. Over the years, he’s earned not just our respect but our deep appreciation for his dedication and craftsmanship. If you roll in with a bike in need of care, there’s a good chance Karl is the one who worked his magic. Andy is our mentor and predecessor, the one who built this shop from the ground up and entrusted us with its future.
